Return & Exchange Policy

At RRAAG INNOVATION, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how you can return or exchange products purchased from our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all tags, manuals, and original packaging intact.


⚠️ Products not eligible for return:

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Items without proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

2. Return Process

  2. Provide order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product.
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a wrong or defective product, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (not liking the product, change of mind), the customer must bear the shipping costs.

5. Warranty-Based Returns

Many products from RRAAG INNOVATION come with a 1-year warranty. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us for repair or replacement under the warranty terms.

6. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items undergo a quality check before approval.
  • Products failing inspection (used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging) will not be accepted.

7. Timeline for Processing

Once the return is received and approved, exchanges or refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
